The design provides both your nostrils with desired dose of aromas. It has a string that goes around the neck so you have hanging it around and find it easy.

Release the pins of the inhaler by unscrewing them, soak the cotton holes with aroma of your choice, put the cotton inserts into the pins of the inhaler and screw them back.
